Saffron Hair issues

Hi Everyone!
I purchased Saffron hair for G3F and it's great, as long as I put it on a 'normal' G3F, but if I use the 'Growing Up' morph, the hair doesn't scale properly. To try and compensate I've loaded it in and unparented it, but it includes no scale/translation functions (Even when I select the 'head' in the hierarchy).
I have attached an image of the hair on Tween Julie, with the Growing Up morph applied to illustrate.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance!!

Try enabling the display of hidden parameters - it's an option in the Parameters pane option menu, click the lined button in the top corner or right-click the tab.
With it being that bad, this may not work...
Enabling Smoothing on the hair and setting the Collision object to G3F will 'pop' it to the surface, but with it that off, there may end up being too much distortion in the hair.
Thanks, I'll give it a shot!
Thanks for the reply! I tried that, unfortunately it didn't work. The hair distorts really badly.
It usually works for a small amount of 'sinking'. Like what you may end up with after unlocking the scaling/not fitting but just parenting it.
Hi Blacky13, you still paying attention to this thread? I just bought the Saffron hair and ran into the same problems with the growing up morphs, and the 3du girls(Skyler,Rayn, etc.) I was able to fix it(properly) for my purposes. I've been experimenting with it and it looks pretty stable even on other characters(I don't have Tween Julie). I'm trying to pack it up so it will sit along side the existing Saffron Hair files. I can't share those files obviously, but once I get it packaged up I should be able to share the morphs that fix it.
If it's still an issue for you reply to this thread so I know I need to hurry up.

Hi! :)
It must be a misunderstanding. We added fits for many figures, Tween Julie being one of them. Here you can see it adapted to Tween Julie:
We're sorry but we don't state anywhere that all Genesis 3 female characters are supported, only those who we added fits. It also has weight mapping to make it work with most custom head shapes.
It works with Tween Julie (we have tested it and also the beta testers).
But what is not supported is the "growing up" morphs. It is not said anywhere that "Growing Up" morphs are supported. We don't have them and we just add the official fits.
We did add all the official Head and Body Genesis morphs, but not the third party morphs.
Hope this helps! :)
Hi EmmaAndJordi. Yes it is a misunderstanding. I was drawn in by statements like "In addition, we have adjusted the rigging features as much as possible, so it will also work great with custom head morph shapes." and "Other Shapes Supported by Auto-follow." I was under the impresion it wouldn't blow up like it did. Then the "technical" support person said just fiddle the morph dial for a "perfect fit" which I think was a misunderstanding all by itself.
I exported it as an .obj then reimported it and transfer tooled it as an auto-fit wearable, saved it out, then ran sed on the posing morph files to retarget them to my saved version. So it's working good for me with odball characters, I just wish I could share the fix. Maybe I'll write a tutorial xD (I did have to reset the headband morph so it's range is -1 to 0, because I saved it with the headband deployed, and for some reason it didn't fit right if I went the proper direction with it. Go figure.)
It's good hair! I just didn't expect to have such a problem with it.
Thanks for the reply.

P.S. I orginally jumped on getting the hair because it was pig tails that would fit easily into a helmet. And since I've got, and am very happy with your Librarian Updo, I figured it was a good buy. It was. Thanks. (It is a little wonky around the neck, but that's common with anything fit to the growing up morphs)
Thank you Skip! That render looks amazing, we saw it earlier in the forum and loved how it looks! :)
Yes the phrase "In addition, we have adjusted the rigging features as much as possible, so it will also work great with custom head morph shapes" is about custom faces of character. We do a rigidity weight map so it morphs better for normal human adult faces that are custom, but in child or toon heads it may need some adjustment. We added a Head size and head top morph that sometimes helps with those.
HI Skip I just saw these replies... I would love to see a more detailed write up of your method but I may start messing around to see what I can come up with!
Thanks for the reply!
