Arizona Clothing and Props Flagpole and Rope do not show...

Comes with a flag. When I load it in the scene, I can't see the flag pole or the rope. When I select the flag in the scene, you can see the outline in the ghost image of where the pole and rope are - but they don't show in the actual scene or render otherwise. 

I've checked the surfaces tab and they don't seem to be hidden there, there are no morphs to hide or show these parts of the prop. 

Anyone have any idea how I make these appear?
