Lost content in right panel

Seems my mouse action has done something i have not been able to fix.

All my content in the right content manager panel has disapeared. Everything I had for V4 and other stuff simply disapeared after a bad mouse move.

Anyone know how to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

This is content not covered in the left panel content manager. Including objects I am working on.

PLEASE HELP.
