Install Manager on two drives

I just noticed that I have a DAZ3D folder on a second hard drive - inside of that I found Install Manager>Downloads and there are a bunch of iles in there.  

Can I simply delete all of these - and DIM will realize they're missing next time it compares content I've purchased vs what's on my system?

Or can I take all of these .dsx and .zip files and paste them into my main Install Manager>Downloads folder?

You should be able to move the files across to the active folder.
