Mirrored Poses ?????

I am in the middle of making poses for Genesis and I recall from other poses I collected over time that some have what's called mirrored poses. Is there a tut somewhere on how to do this cause it would save me time with a magic click to do it...lol

    Parameters Pane using the Symmetry command or Shift + Y and using these settings below.

    The red tick donotes which commands you will need to change all the rest are just the defaults
