Art Nouveau Bathroom missing file

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I just bought Art Nouveau Bathroom last night and encountered the following error when applying the material file for the bathroom texture (that adds the mirror reflection among other things) and I also get this error when applying the material for the lights to the scene.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix this? Is the file somewhere I can download? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Do they still apply?

    If they do then the 'missing' file isn't really needed and was included as a mistake when the preset was saved.  A support ticket should be opened so the orphaned reference can be removed.

    If they do not apply open a support ticket so the file can be added to the download.

    Thanks for the response! Yes, they do apply. The file does exist, I have seen it in the .rar version, just not sure where the file should be located. I was going to try to add it manually. For some reason I was having trouble getting it to render last night but it seems to be rendering ok now.

    I will play around some more with it today. I think I was having issues last night when I put spotlights into the scene.

    Yeah sorry, that wasn't very clear. I used install manager but I don't know where the "missing" file would be located so I downloaded the manual install to browse the files in the folder and found the "missing" file.

    Please open a support ticket - even if it isn't having any direct effect on use a product shouldn't throw missing file alerts.
