4.9 beta fails to download

I figured I would try 4.9's beta. The product page states it can only be installed through DIM. Ok.

I go to DIM and follow the instructions to make it show up on my list.

I check DAZ Studio 4.9 (Win 64) Public Build -Beta-

It acts like it downloads, the progress bar counts all the way up, but hen it gets to 100 it "Download Failed" shows up in the progress bar.

Windows 10, 64 bit, Windows Defender is turned off. Anti-virus os off. I'm using the default file path option, and 4.8 is installed with default file options. No other programs are open.

Obviously I want to keep 4.8. 

I've found threads about having install issues, but I cannot even get that far!

Give it a day or so, there were a series of server errors over the weekend that really messed up things, particularly downloads.  It could be still causing problems (namely from the 'backlog' of downloads that nobody was able to do over the weekend).
