exagerated pouting lips?

So I'm looking to do some comic strips of people losing and winning in sports scenes. In one particular scene I wanted a female to pout sarcastically at a male who is upset over his loss at football. The face I want is shown in the pic below (Velvet Sky from TNA) who is doing a mocking pouting expression at someone else who is upset.

Is there any preset faces for this type of expression? anyone know how to do it?

With Genesis, check the lip morphs.
