EF-Acoustic Guitar Broken

So Im having trouble getting this pose to work everytime I try and follow the directions it never works right, What am i doing wrong? Here are the directions and what my pose comes out looking like when I go through the steps, What am I doing wrong??

It looks like the Guitar & Strap is not parented to V4.  Make sure that V4 is selected before you load the guitar; the guitar should appear in the Scene pane below V4's Hip node, rather than as a separate parallel listing.
