Has Anyone Else Been Experiencing Failed Downloads?

For the last few days I've been experiencing failed downloads, or downloads that simply stop, and show the [resume] option when I open up DIM. This has never been a problem before. I first noticed it when downloading the TerraDome, but now it seems to be the case that downloads are taking extremely long times, and simply fail.
Has anyone else ever experienced this, and what was the solution?

It happens to me sometimes. I think it's either because your internet provider is getting a lot of traffic (check your download speed) or DAz's servers are getting loaded with download requests. I seem to have fewer download fails at 1-3:00 am.
