Texture Color Distortion

This is a first time I have encountered this problem. I created a texture and applied it to a model. I first applied Iray Uber Base, base map, spec map and normal map. I turned up my metalicity. When I render I get a green distortion. I did not get this before I changed the texture. The original used a gun metal texture but I did not like the reflection in the image. The new texture I painted using rgb code for gunmetal. Now, if I turn off the metallicity or turn base color to pure black, the issue goes away. I have other parts that have painted textures and use metallicity but did not do this.

One more thing. It does not matter which Iray lighting I use, the problem persists
