I bet it's something from OOT. I'll check.
Lace Teddy for Genesis 3 over at Rendo
Hmm yep, easy to run into that kind of problem - I had something like that a few months ago; luckily it's solved by now.
Several products do list the assets used for their promos - initially I thought it was required from publishers, but sadly it doesn't seem to be
( but then, since I toy with the idea of eventually publishing something myself [not very far in development yet], it at least there should make thing a bit easier, since I tend to forget what I used for what ).
Also I'm still really wondering - why isn't the "compatible software"-field a link too, like the "compatible/required figures"-field is ?
- It seems to me that DAZ may be missing some sales that way... but that's their business (quite literally), after all...
( sorry if the post got too long - your problem just remembered me of some things )
I don't really think Daz would post credits for another store in this case. But I'm 100% percent with you on posting credits for items used from its own store. I've spent hours looking for stuff that caught my eye in promos.
At *that* point I wasn't talking about additional credits ( and certainly not about other stores, though I think such credits would be applicable, too ), but about turning the current credits/requirements which aren't links yet into such.
Hope that clarifies it
.
P.S.: Am missing 2 things again - though I guess I identified some likely candidates...
Oh, and did you eventually see my jaw? - I guess I dropped it over the catch-up ( ketchup?
) sale...
( though I slightly mismanaged it...
)
Tottally agree. In Rendo the required products and any product the artist used in the promos and in the gallery are links to the actual products. Not only does it save time but it definately, from my experience, generates more sales!
Thank you guys for the help :)
Now that you've mentioned Renderosity, are some items exclusive there? Is it a good idea to browse there also? :O
Each store has its own products. I don't think I've ever seen the same product sold in both Daz and Renderosity.
DAZ products can not be sold elsewhere, the exception may be for some software and it's on a case by case basis.
I see, thanks for the heads up :)
