pegasus modeler 4.0

i have just purchased the Pegasus Modeler 4.0 and i'm just not able to put in the correct name and key. i put the key in i got when i purchased the product but i have tried my name, the products name, the products number and my purchase number and i get the message incorrect name and key. what am i doing wrong. any help will be much appreciated.
