Facing Problems. Don't understand How to start!!

I am totally new here. Don't have any previous knowlede. I tried searching tutorials to know how to start. ?   But don't found any tutorial that can help me.  Only I have Installed the soft  DAZ 3D Studio 4.9.     How to take a new project or start i can't understand.  Failed each time to take any object or draw an object in DAZ .  I don't know how to start. please help. Suggest .

Do you see a "Select a Lesson" on lower right of the screen?  Click on it to bring up self guided tutorials. (see pic attached)
