Render noise?

in New Users

I'm just rendering some pictures in 3Delight and it is a bit noisey. Any ideas of the best way to improve this?

    Light settings, what lights are you using?

     and render settings.

    Is there any way to export the settings as a text file? that would be much easier

    File>Save as>Render Settings (if you don't compress it it will be a plain text file, though that's not the most efficient way to look at it).
