Genesis 3 IK not working properly

Hello everyone!

I hope someone could help me!

I got a problem with Genesis 3 IKs... When I "pin" a foot and then move the hips, the foot stays in place as expected (even if it tends to lose its orientation...) but when I pin an hand the IKs seems to not work! The arm doesn't stretch at all to follow the movement!

How to solve? I'm doing something wrong?

I would like to pass to Genesis 3 for my works, but this problem makes it impossible!

    Is there enough play for the arm to move while the hand stays put?

    Yes, it should stretch onward, but the elbow doesn't move and keeps to be bent at 90 degrees.

    I even disabled the limits, nothing to do!

    Please make a bug report, attaching the scene file or at least the pose and a note on what to do with it.
