Poser 9 - Blank preview screen

Hi there, and a good morning to all! :)

Hopefully someone can help me with this one - I've been using Poser for years, just upgraded to Poser9 yesterday, and am reasonably happy with it.

One thing I can't figure out is, why is my preview screen blank?

That bit where you load a figure and they appear is dark grey. When I hover over it, it will show a red highlight of the body part I'm pointing at, but I can't see anything until I actually render.

Tell me I'm doing something stupid, then advise me of what it is, please? :)

Do you have SR3.1 applied? I've a vague recollection of that issue being present for soem users on first release and being fixed in one of the first SRs.

Ah, thank you Richard. I'll download that right now.

The problem seemed to resolve itself when I move the camera. As soon as that happens, the scene appears.

I was having the same issue but I've already installed both of the updates. Now what wolud be causing the preview to go black when I try to click on parts of the character. It is rather annoying.
