Because when I import a obj in Daz I can not apply a texture ? What should I do? Thank you.

UV map it.
If I may explain the issue a bit more:
An .obj file requires UV coordinates in order to correctly apply a texture to it. Commonly that is called a UV map - it tells the program how to place the 2D texture image onto a 3D object.
There is a possibility that your OBJ file simply has no UVs set - that makes it impossible to apply textures to it.
You can, however, still apply shaders. I did some quick-and-dirty hardware items (bolts and nuts) as .OBJ and didn't bother to UV map them, because I intended to use metallic shaders on them.
