How do you create Movie with transparent Background?

Is there a way to create a movie clip with transpaprent background so that you can use it in Video Editing software and it will have transparency?  I know you can render as PNG image series but then,,,,,,how would you join those PNG files into a movie?

In the mac, Quicktime Pro could joing image series and create a movie. But i'm new to WIndows(windows 10) and i don't know any utilities that can join image series and keep the transparency. Anyone know?

    Your video editing software should be able to turn an image sequence into an animation.

    MMm...not mine. If it was FinalCut yeah but now i got WOndershare Filmora and it does'n' have as much features

    There is ImageJ. which is a utilty that can in fact convert Image Sequences to movies but it only converts to AVI.  Will transparency be kept if i use AVI?
