DAZ Install Manager Not Working

Hello,
Daz Install manager -- when opened -- won't do anything. I'm using a 32 bit Win. Vista PC and have not had any trouble installing or opening other software such as Zbrush, Sculptris, or GIMP. There are no error messages popping up. Name of the file I've been attempting to open: DAZ3DIM_1.1.0.64_Win32...any advice?

Ok I figured out a part of the issue...for some reason items downloaded by Chrome aren't accessible/don't work for this PC. When Downloaded via Internet Explorer it checked out fine.
