Some Hotkeys Now Missing

Hi All

Was cruising along ... must have done something because now Shift+Y (Pose Symmetry) does not open the flyout menu.  And neither does CTRL+Z  (Basid Undo)  I tried the customization under window but don't see where shift+y is. 

Any ideas before I reset the whole thing to default?

The simplest fix is to reload your layout (Window>Workspace>Select layout).
