Background Settings

I know this has to be a simple fix, but I seem to have this problem with the back ground doing this blue and white thingy and only on certain images. Ive tried work space and select layout and also window panes and environment settings and I cant seem to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to change this, so that I get a solid background that covers the whole background?

Only happens on this character.
What should it be doing? How are you loading the content?
So any of the other characters that I upload, I get a solid blue background which I can change to black or white like this pic.
I can change the background to a color or anything I want. In this one I made it a white background.
But when I load this character, I cant get the solid background. I get the small background with blue sides, I need the whole background to be solid and I'm not sure how to get it, or why this only happens when I use this character.
This character is FR Astrid, I just purchased her.
This character is FR Astrid, I just purchased her.
This is what I get now, every since I purcased this new character, it seems to come up as some sort of default setting now, and the only way I can get rid of it is to load an older character and the go to windwos, workplace and select layout.
What, if anything, is set in Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment?
If I have it set to none, I get a solid blue background, if I pick a color, or a background image, I get what you see in the pictures above. But it only happens when I use this character. When I pick a background color or image, it should cover the entite back wall, not just the center part.
This character supposedly turns Genisus 2 characters into Genisus 3 characters, Im starting to think it just may be a glitch.
The backdrop, set in the Environment pane, affects only the render area. The viewport colour will be used for areas outside the render area, or for the whole viewport in the absence of a backdrop. Remember that rendering against a backdrop will turn the alpha channel off (when saving in a format that supports an alpha channel, such as tiff or png). Viewport colour persists between sessions, and does not render; backdrop is saved with the scene file (by default) and loaded back with the scene (by default) - either or both behaviours can be turned off in Edit>Preferences>Scene.
I'm puzzled by this as the only thing I know of that transforms characters from one base figure to another is GenX.
Is the charater loading in a back drop or something?

Thanks Richard, I was able to figure it due to the last comment you sent.
Scorpio I purchased this through the Daz store, I sent a screen shot of what it looks like. When you load her in, you get like a silver looking frame and then all you have to do is click on any other character and they load into her. It makes that you purchase for Genisus 3 fit Genisus 2 characters. Here is the screen shot.
I mean to say clothes for G3 characters can now fit G2 characters, some characters don't work properly, but most do.
