What is a "StudioCF" file (vs. a PoserCF file)?

I'm installing some of the older stuff I got in the big bundle sales the other week, and I'm seeing some things have post PoserCF AND StudioCF files.. I know the idea of the Poser ones, but what are the Studio ones?

CF = Companion File. In general a StudioCF means the base product is in Poser format and the CF offers DS materials.
