How to export a model?

I know, it's a very newbie question. I installed Daz Studio 4.9, inserted a model (Surfer Guy), and now I need to export it as an obj file. How can I do it? I read something about using Export option in File menu, but my "File" only opens New, Open, Open Recent, Merge, Save, Save Last Draw, Save Last Render, and Exit. What am I missing here?

You are using the Full Service (Beta) layout - that has a lot of features, including import and export, hidden. Go to Window>Workspace>Select layout and choose a different option (all of the others have the full feature set available though they differ in which panes are already open and whether there are mutliple activities).
