I was wondering if anyone with some lighting expertise could point me to a superior Iray lighting package available on the Daz website.

Thanks for your help :)

Personally, I don't think you need any if you're looking for basic scene lighting. If you have the patience for it, you're much better off learning how to do it yourself. Lighting in Iray isn't all that hard if you're willing to let go of preconceiving notions.

If you're looking for special motifs, Colm Jackson's Iray packages easily rank as superior.

I haven't bought any and I found the simulated Sun-Sky iRay settings for outside & general ambient light with the added Indoor Studio Lighting presets for iRay for indoor scenes that DAZ Studio supplies as part of the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials are good and easy to use.

It's hard to estimate their worth though until you render and can see the results because just applying the settings does not change how your viewport looks.

They are versatile and will teach you a lot about lighting if you want to learn from them.

It really depends on what you intend to light.  Most of the cookie cutter lighting packages focus on lighting a single character at zero position and quickly become less useful as you diverge from the that single setup.  Learning to setup lights yourself will allow you to light any scene under any condition.
