Are there any tutorials on making your own aniblocks In DAZ?

I just read an important post which was causing all kinds of grief in my own custom aniBlocks.

When doing translations (movement in any direction) in you aniBlocks, translate the hip - not the figure.

If you do not, then the figure position will become absolute and you will not be able to use the aniBlock in any other position. If, on the other hand, you translate the hip then the same aniBlock can be reused for different positions in the scene.
