How to fix flat chest clothes?

When using "breasts gone" dial with Goth Girl outfit the result is like this:

 

Is it possible to fix this?

Try applying a Smoothing Modifier (Edit>Figure>Geometry>Apply Smoothing Modifier) and experiment with the parameters in the Mesh Smoothing group.
