Quick Question about a Carrara product

I am interested in this product https://www.daz3d.com/carraras-waldon-park

Do i need to download Carrara to use it? I know nothing about Carrara. I am hoping I can just buy it, load it in DS and work with it. Just wanted to check before I put my money down.

    DAZ Studio can't import CAR files. You'd need Carrara to export the file into obj format.
