Exporting scene as still

I new to Daz and just got a small starter bundle and few products.  I first got my start with Poser and had alot of fun with it. But found Daz awesome and incredibly really looking!                Anyway my issue is exporting a scene as a still, with Poser I clicked on export file and sent it to my picture files went to them and there it was. And then grouped them like scene slides on a frame like page of a comic book . But whenever I try to with Daz, it sends it forth to save to the picture files alright, but when I click on it to view it,it's the size of a postage stamp!  Am I missing something? Maybe Daz has  set a little different. When I export what should I click it to save as what so it will be the size I have it on my screen panel?

Do you mean as a render?  Once you have your scene set up, you can use Ctrl R to render the scene, or under the Render menu.  I prefer to set up to render my scene in a new window.  Once the render is done, you just save it as a png or jpg.  Next to the title  field, you'll see a little button to tell Studio where to store the image.

  • You can also use File>Save Last Render.

What you're looking at is the thumbnail of your scene that gets saved with the scene file, which is a description of how the 3D objects in your scene are set up. What you want is the render of your scene, which is a view of the 3D objects as seen through the camera you select. The two files are completely different and must be saved separately.
