Mesh broken with Gia 7 HD Add-on
I'm using Gia 7 HD add-on and I found a broken part of the mesh on my G3F model.
So I set 100% on Gia 7 body and 100% on Gia 7 body HD details, then the broken part appears on the pinky finger of her feet as in the attached pictures. SubDivision Level is set 2.
When I set 0% on one of the above parameters, or set the Subdivision Level to 1, I don't get the broken part.
Is this a bug on Gia 7 HD Add-on?

I'm not seeing that in the zeroed figure (with the morphs set). Does it appear only with that pose?
I can get a tiny break if I bend and twist Left Small Toe 4, though not to the extent you are seeing.

It appears in every pose even the default.
Are you sure that, aside from Gia 7, Gia 7 HD, and the SubD level there are no other morphs or poses applied? A freshly loaded Gia 7 HD Details with the SubD lelvel upped to 2 does not show any issue for me in the release build of DS.
I tried loading a fresh Gia 7 and apply Gia 7 HD. Yes, there's a broken part inside of the pinky finger. It's clear when I see it in Wire Shaded mode. The picture is attached. The square-like polygon pops up.
When Gia 7 morph is off and only Gia 7 HD, there's still a funny small broken part there.
Oh also I'm using Daz 4.8, is that the problem?
It may be exacerbating the problem, at least - as I said, I can get an issue but not as readily as you appear to be.
