How do I install 3rd Party Website Daz Studio Content?
This is will be the First of a series of Questions, I’ll try to keep it short but it depends on the answers.
I need to know how do I install Daz Studio Content that I gotten from Other Website(s) such as Renderosity into Daz Studio 4.9, I can’t seem to find the proper folders for the content within Daz Studio 4.9.
Yes, I have been searching (the Forum & the Web) for the answer for a several days & I still need your help.
Thanks,

They give you instructions on how to install but generically it's as follows:
After you extract the product you bought from it's zip file, you want to navigate to the folder that contains the 'data' folder and every other folder in that folder, cut and paste into the same folder in your DAZ 3D Library that contains the 'data' folder.
The files should go to Windows(C:)/Users/User Name/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library.
Or if you want them in the existing (DIM) library then Windows(C:)/Users/Public/Public Documents/My DAZ 3D Library.
Edit: Damn spelling.
ReEdit: unless you mean into the "My Daz Connect Library"? Is there any reason to install 3rd party content in there?
That won't be able to install 3rd party content into the DAZ Connect Cloud style FS. They'll have to install it in the set of directories they've chosen for the DIM installer.
Yeah, well you can install 3rd party to My Daz Connect Library but you can't access it from DS unless each product folder is set up as a mapped directory so it's a waste of drive space and time and why would you? Unless I'm missing something.
Well that would be a mess if you ever looked at the contents of the DAZ Connect directories. And how would DAZ Connect react to a strange set of manually placed objects in it's directory structure that aren't part of it's mapped contents? It's best if DAZ Studio users avoid such things.
If the My Daz Connect Library folder is set as a standard content directory too then content can be installed to it in the usual way - the Data, Runtime, and any sibling folders go directly in the My Daz Connect Library, not in a sub-folder. However, set only as a Connect location My Daz Connect Library (or whatever folder you use) should not be used for any kind of manual installation or instalaltion via DIM as DS will not know to look there.
OK, thanks. I wanted to try that but was afraid to mess up DAZ Studio.
That works perfectly (if you're keen on having everything in one place) although for myself I'll keep using separate runtimes for 3rd party content.
Here's a step-by step info on how to install non-DAZ content I did a while ago:
