Does Daz allow you to do this?

Hi I had a question and I couldn't find it browsing through the forums so I thought I should post it here. About a week ago I purchased an item (Staci's Summer Splash). I did not know until after I purchased it that the items included were not actually clothing items but rather props, so they didn't really want to fit any of the Genesis characters well. Will Daz allow me to exchange that for a different item? I imagine probably not but I figured I should ask anyway.

    I'm uncertain if there are any exceptions for certain sales, however typically you can get a refund for credit within 30 days, http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

    I just exchanged one texture set for a store credit which I used to buy a different texture set, so that's more or less the same thing. And with this DAZ Connect thing you need only 'right click' and 'uninstall' to remove the product that wasn't what you expected.

    Staci is a unique custom figure, and not a Genesis morph which is why the outfit won't work. It is still conforming clothing, but it only works on the figure it was designed for, in the same way outfits for Cookie or Victoria 3 won't generally work.

    Daz do offer a refund policy if you buy something in error, but I thought it was best to mention why this particular product didn't work so that you don't repeat the mistake. Always check the compatible figures when you buy an item.
