V4/M4 Gens and powerloaders not installing?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Windows 10 using install manager...have uninstalled and reinstalled....still nothing

    Are you getting error messages at all? Are you isntalling both the base item and the PowerLoader?

    Where are you looking for them? Did you install with DIM?
