Problem with Universal and Active Pose Tools [solved]

gilamoureuxgilamoureux Posts: 21

Back to 3D fun after 10+ years (Poser 3 and 4)
Now using Daz 4,5 and I like it but I am having some problems:

I made 2 scenes with only one character each, no clothing, no hair.
Scene one is Genesis with female morphs all made from dials and texture, default T pose
Scene two is Genesis with male morphs from dials and from D-Forms, with textures and default T pose also.
Both are saved as complete scenes.

If I load scene one I can use the Universal or Active Pose Tools to pose her using IK. But when I try to do the same with scene two I can't use these tools at all. I can't highlight any body part and I have to use the Parameters Tab in order to pose. What am I missing??

I loaded 2 instances of Studio at the same time to insure I am doing the exact same thing.

Thanks

The only thing I can think of, is that you made the item unselectable. Look at the little arrow symbol next to the Eye symbol in the Scene tab. If it is selctable, it is a checkmark, and an 'x' if it isn;t.

Thank you so much JimmyC. You wouldn't believe how much time I spent on this. Don't know why I would have made it unselectable.
