Are you tired of using workarounds to position nodes accurately because you lose the selection and display when you select the node to position? Then the Node Positioner and Grabber, an easy-to-use script is just what you need because it lets you keep Daz Studio selections and settings while positioning completely different nodes.

This script set contains one main script with embedded features and three partially extracted features as standalone versions. For convenient use, many tooltips on buttons and checkboxes guide you through the script.

The main script offers the following options that are very convenient to use:

• Positioning of nodes that are not selected in Daz Studio very helpful when working with dForce magnets
• Full control over the visible viewports while the script is running
• Reapply a camera to a view
• Scanning complex scenes for nodes with specific characteristics type, name, and label (also similar ones), SSS- or Emissive materials
• Editor to manage your favorite search names the list is stored outside Daz Studio and can be reused in any scene

• Select collected Nodes in Daz Studio very helpful if, for example, several materials are to be changed or nodes are to be moved simultaneously

Camera2View Assigner:

• Reapply selected camera to a view

Node Aligner:

• Align selected nodes to each other at 27 points of the world space bounding or oriented box
