The texture files in the Runtime folder can be used directly in Substance Painter, for example. Mix and match and use them as a base to create your own unique textures. Add your own Bump or Normal maps to create different effects.

Included are 15 tiling presets and 3 Utilities to create more variations. 1) Remove the Metallic Map 2) Remove all detail maps (Normal and Bump) to give a smooth surface 3) Add more detail by increasing the normal map to 50%.
