    Ilias Hair is a morphing, polygonal model of long hair that has been plaited/braided on top, with grown out evenly shaved sides and back. The long back plait or braid has an articulate rig consisting of 8 custom bones for posing. Along with the style and movement morphs, ERC pose control dials help fit your figure poses beyond the 13 sample hair poses provided. The hair is fitted for Genesis 8 Males and Females (.DUF) with auto-conforming custom morphs for Daz Original characters.

    Iray and 3Delight diffuse color presets are included. You can modify the tints by changing the diffuse color of the hair.

      • Smooth base geometry, ~194k quads
      • UV mapped to efficiently cover full square map and minimize noticeable patterns or repeating.
      • Modelled non-symmetrical to increase realism.
      • Strands individually reshaped to avoid looking like identical repeated geometry.
      • Texture maps are based on original hair photographs and scans mixed with hand painted strands.
      • Shines from surface material settings are not painted on so it will follow your lighting direction, not "baked" or painted on.
