Introducing 4K Fabric Shader Presets 2 for Iray from Handspan Studios. It has 4k photorealistic fabric shader presets with optional pattern design overlays in a fresh fashion color palette. This collection has a number of basic weaves and types of fabric, and by adjusting the material settings, you can get a lot of other fabric looks from these same base textures. All color is added through the color channels, so you can adapt the textures to any color scheme you like. The 29 color chips included represent a recent fashion color forecast. You can use plain fabrics as a base for the overlay patterns. The diffuse overlays come in metallic foils, iridescent, multi-color, and one sample of the regular color, each of which can be added on top of these or any other smooth fabric. You can use pattern overlays to decorate other types of materials or objects as well. This collection contains 372 Shader Presets and the tiling texture maps they are based on.

Shaders are great for expanding and updating clothing models to render in Iray and for a starting point when making UV map textures. Each pattern comes with a number of coordinating color presets that are easy to use, scalable, and fun to customize with pattern overlays. By adjusting the diffuse overlay weight, color, and metallic flakes parameters, you can achieve unique looks. The details like weave and threads are clear on the texture, bump, and normal maps, meaning that the fabric will react to your scene's lighting, drapes, and folds more like it should. The overlays contain only the patterns and take their surface texture from the base fabric below. They look best on smoother surfaces like dark silk. I have made a folder of smooth, plain-colored fabrics for ease of use with the patterns. There are lots of bright, lush colors as well that look great on their own. The shader presets consist of 56 unique, seamless tiling textures and patterns, plus the shader preset variations that are based on them. They make use of 178 included high-resolution texture, bump, roughness, normal, overlay, and specular maps and the various material settings customized for Daz Studio Iray. This set contains silks, satin, metallic, and many various base cloth textures and overlay patterns in foils and plain colors. There are a dozen quick presets to set the u and v tiling rate to 1x, 2x, 3x 5x, 10x, etc. to 50x. They will work on any tiling shader without changing any other settings. There are many more that could be shown in the renders. There are hundreds of tactile textures that you will find useful in all kinds of renders.
