[Anyone know what this Genesis 8 hairstyle this is?] I can't seem to find it. I found something very similar from JoeQuick but it has two puffs, I need one puff.

I think that was a hair I made on the path to the double puffs I wound up with.  I'll look around and see if I still have it somewhere.
