What application are you using?  If you are using DAZ Studio, you can deform things using a dFormer, it's built in and you don't have to buy anything.

(Window > "Panes (tabs)" > dform).  The quick basics: Select the node you want to deform, then in the dform tab click "Create New" button, accept the default or give it a new name and press ok.  In the Scene pane, expand that node, then expand the dformer base.  You can resize and move the dformer field around, that's the area that will be affected, you should see vertices within the field as orange or yellow points.  Once you have selected the part to deform, then move/resize/rotate the dformer (not the base, not the field) to actually deform the mesh.

It takes a bit of practice.   There are also a few things to keep in mind, for example if an object doesn't have very many vertices it won't deform well, and there's some issue I can't remember exactly like if you move the object the deformer doesn't work correctly or something like that.  Experiment.
