You could add a smoothing modifier (or increase the smoothing iterations if there already is one, or since the pants are completely covering, hide the leg bones on G2M.
First of all, there is no need to 'quote' your message, it makes it difficult to read, just type it into the message box as normal, no tags needed. And welcome to the New Users Forum :)
What you are seeing is the age old problem of 'poke through', and there are several ways of fixing it.
Does the poke through still show when you render the scene, or is it only in the Viewport that you see it? A very simple fix, is to hide the bones that are showing, by using the 'eye' icon in the Scene pane, like the 'Left Thigh' or 'Right Thigh'
You can also apply smoothing to the clothing item in the Parameters pane.
I have just tried this on my PC, and I am not seeing any poke through in the Newport pants at all. Are you sure the item is conformed to G2M? Select the Newport Pants in the Scene pane, right click, and make sure that they are 'Fit To' Genesis 2 Male.
What version of DAZ Studio are you using? Help > About DAZ Studio will tell you.
EDIT:
Took so long, mike beat me to it, and much simpler instructions :)
If i add a smooth modifier will this increase the polygon count? Allso I want to use this character in another application like Iclon or to import him in unity, so the "hide" feature is not an option for me.
This problem translates to software like Cinema 4d all so, the skin just goes throw the cloths.
P.S Sorry about the "quote" on my first post was not intentional :)
I am not seeing the problems that you are seeing inside DAZ Studio, and I don't have the Smoothing Modifier switched on?
Are you sure that the pants are 'Fit To' G2M? Hiding the bones will not affect how the figure works in other applications as far as I know, they are still there but are not seen when rendering (or in the Viewport) I don't know enough about Smoothing to give an answer about poly count, I know that SubD does increase the poly count by a factor of 4, but smoothing works differently.
These pants are also over 6,000 polygons, and I would have thought they were a bit poly heavy for game or iClone use?

Thank you for the quick answer.
