Has anybody used this product: Beautiful Bends V4?

Just wondering if anyones used this and what all it fixes and what it can do. I found the description a bit wanting, as well as pics.
Does it fix her problem bending areas, elbows, thighs, ankles, etc, etc? Detailed info would be very helpful.
