Creating Custom Content?

Is it possible to create custom content, like hairstyles? Because I'm not finding many hairstyles I really like.
And is it possible to voice my characters?

    Do you have any experience of 3D modelling? If not, creating your own hair would be quite a task.
    Most hair items come with morphs, to lengthen or shorten hair, and many texture files for different colours and styles, which would be a lot easier than creating your own.

    And is it possible to voice my characters?

    You could buy plugins like Look at my Hair (LAMH) or Garibaldi Express.
    But be warned: it takes some time to get proficient enough to get the hairstyle you want (I haven't managed yet) and they don't work out of the box with IRay. I think the LAMH-creators are working on IRay compatibility right now though.
