Does anyone know what M4 3D model(s) these are and provide a link for purchase?

I've attempted to contact either/both creators of both hair items with no response.
I'm interested in learning what M4 Models were used for the Promos (I already have both hair)

The crazy locks model looks like the M4 base figure. Certainly the skin appears to match.
