Auto Follow is built in, it's the way that Genesis figures work. In Generation 4 (V4/M4) the morphs had to be added by the creator to the clothing, or you had to use the 'Transfer Active Morphs' tool to achieve that.
With Genesis (all versions) the morphs should be transferred to the clothing automatically, so that one size fits all (in general). Obviously if you take a garment that has been made for a child, and fit it to the Freak for example, there may be a lot of stretching.
