Preset Expression Problem

This one has me baffled.
For some reason I can't get expressions to work with the character they were designed for. I have this problem with STAR, Victoria 6, and A couple of others and yet they will work with other characters just fine. I have the most up to date versions of each character as well. Is there a bug or something as sometimes I can get the mouth to change and yet the eye lids won't.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the characters and the Expression folders a couple of times already and nothing seems to work. Has anyone encountered this problem before. No one I've talked to has seen this one before either. I can manually pose the faces but that can take up a lot of time when a preset is so much easier to use.

Can you give exact details of at least one of the figures that you are having a problem with?
What expression are you trying to apply to Victoria 6, and can you give a link?
Does this happen with a freshly loaded V6, or just one from a saved scene?
With Victora6 I'm using i13's 100 essential expressions for V6 and using a freshly loaded figure as I've been loading and going right to the expressions folder to try and figure this out. Which details are you wanting? At the moment I'm using an un-morphed stock version of Victoria 6 for tests. No Mats, Clothing, or Hair added either.
I also went though my Parameters folder to see if anytihg was locked, but no luck there either.
Are you using the correct morphs, I mean the DAZ Studio ones and NOT the Poser ones? If you go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library, and tick the box marked 'Show File Extensions' it will tell you if you are trying to load the FC2 or the DUF file. I only ask because both types are supplied in the set.
Another thing you could try, is loading V6, going to the Parameters pane, and trying to apply any base expressions that you have from there, just to see if they work correctly on a base figure. I have a lot under Pose Controls > Head > Expressions.'
Another thing to look at, would be the Parameters pane under 'Currently Used to see if there are any morphs being loaded along with the figure.
Alright that helps me a little.
The expressions that load partly are .duf files, but not the whole pose, its either the eyes or the mouth, but not both. the ones that don't work are FC2 files so I'll stop trying to use those. In the past I've been able to use most of the .duf expressions though so I'm at a loss there. Any of the pose controls under Parameters work perfectly. and I have no morphes loaded on the figure after a quick check.
Just to clear up about the FC2 (Poser) files. They do work in DAZ Studio for the Generation 4 figures (V4/M4 etc.) when applied to them, but Genesis figures are DAZ Studio figures, and can only be used in Poser with the DSON importer, so I suppose the FC2 files for them wont work in DAZ Studio, I may be wrong.
I haven't heard of anyone else having problems with these Expression files, but unless someone else can help, I think you would need to open a Support ticket. Unfortunately it is the weekend, so it wont be seen until Monday. Hang on for a little while to see if anyone else can help.
I don't have this set so I can't really check anything for you.
According to the product page, some of the presets are only eye positions. Are you selecting those when only the eyes change?
I'm using full face changes, eyes, mouth, chin, brows to get a more interesting look.
Thanks for the help, I think it may be something on my end that's causing the problem. I'll keep working at it to see what i can find.
