Autofit problem

I'm having a problem with some recent purchases.

The M4 business suit doesn't load attached to the figure (who is M4) is there a problem with the suit? Or is there something special I need to do to make it work?

I have other M4/V4 things that work normally so I know it's not the figure.

    Some items won't auto-conform. If it's a single item you can right click and select the Fit ... to menu command, but with a multi-item set it's generally easiest to select them all in the Scene pane (click the first, shift-click the last) and use the Fit to button in the Parameters pane.
