Ok. Got DAZ because I do a lot of writing and illustrations for my writing. Right now I'm writing a first-person narrative novel about the life of Jim Morrison {from the Doors}. It's a musical narrative of sorts and it is going to be called "The Wandering Musician". So gotta know. Is it possible to put long hair on a male figure with DAZ????

Yes, long har can be put on a male figure. There are quite a few longer hairs available in the shop which are for Genesis 2 Male.
The question ist, which hair in particular do you have in mind?

That said, please be aware that you will have to invest time into learning how to get the best results from DAZ Studio. It's not Instant Art, i.e. lighting and posing will need a lot of work. In addition, now that the programm changed its main render engine, many items you buy might need extra work to look perfect, if you want to render them using Iray, instead of 3Delight.
(And in case you now feel overwhelmed, and like you don't understand a word of what I'm saying - don't worry. We all felt like that in the beginning. :-))
