HDRI viewer?

I don't understand your sentence. Did I ask before? I may not remember, I'm usually half zombified from my 3rd shift work schedule. =P

My oopsie, was another poster with a similar query in the forums elsewhere, nm.

I see some others have responded and that is good. I did find this one [which somebody has mentioned] Bracket.
It is free, seems to be a little quirky but that is probably either my AV or the OS doing something. However I did get it to work as per the images shown.
