Modeling in DAZ Studio
Hi everyone. I've used DAZ Studio off and on for many years and I feel I barely scratch the surface with what it can do. In fact, I feel there are over 100 features in DAZ and doing the figure loading/posing/morphing tutorials only cover about 20 features. :)
I started learning Blender lately and it does have a steep learning curve. But I recently learned about the Geometry Editor in DAZ Studio. It allows me to select verticies, edges, or faces. But can I edit the points? Can I select a face do an extrude?
Does DAZ Studio Pro have basic modeling features or should I just have to learn Hexagon if I want to do my own modeling?
I can eventually do what I want in Blender, but my needs are pretty basic and I love the layout of DAZ Studio and how flexible it is.
(Yes I know it does materials, rendering, lighting, cameras, animation, etc. but I'm interested in modeling at the moment.)
For example, if I wanted to move 1 face of a rectangle by 0.2 mm, I can do that pretty easily in DAZ.

No, DS isn't a modeler.
